Flood-Affected ESS Building to be replaced
The Emergency Support Services (ESS) building at 1721 Coldwater Avenue, which sustained major structural damage during the November 2021 flood, will be demolished May 2023.
The RFP for rebuilding the structure will be awarded in 2023, with estimated completion targeted for 2024.
This fully-insured property will be rebuilt with the same specifications as the previous structure.
