Evacuation Order Areas – Update

On February 7, 2022, the City of Merritt updated the Evacuation Orders.

Some properties required additional inspection and evaluation. As a result, 30 residences have been added to the order.  This means 270 properties are currently on evacuation order.

If residents want to be removed from the Evacuation Order Areas, they are required to submit Evacuation Order Removal Requests to the City.

All residents on Evacuation Order are entitled to Emergency Support Services (ESS).
